Balcony Editing

Balcony Editing provides professional editing, copywriting and proofreading services to a range of clients including government agencies, university research departments and not-for-profits. I was asked to create a brand that was upbeat and contemporary, without feeling too out of place in the (sometimes stuffy) world of scientific research and academia.

As part of the branding process, I developed a versatile logo for various print and digital applications, put together a modern colour palette and drew illustrations that capture who Balcony Editing are and the services they provide. All of these set them apart from traditional businesses in the editing space.
